We’ve tried to make starting your own dog treat brand as simple and approachable as possible. Here are answers to some of the most common questions about how the platform works, what’s included, and what to expect after signup.

Getting Started

What is this?

We help people launch their own branded dog treat line without needing inventory, manufacturing, packaging, or fulfillment infrastructure. We provide the products, packaging, and fulfillment so you can focus on building your brand and selling.

Do I need Shopify?

No. If you don’t already have a Shopify store, we can provide a branded storefront for you on our platform.

If you already have a Shopify store, we’ll send you a Shopify Collective invitation so you can import products and start selling through your existing site.

How quickly can I start?

Most partners receive their storefront link or Shopify Collective invitation within one business day of signup.

How much profit can I make?

Most partners sell their branded treats for approximately $14.95-$19.95 per bag, depending on their audience, business, or fundraising goals.

Shopify store owners set their own retail pricing and collect the full sale amount directly through their Shopify store. You keep everything above our fulfillment price of $9.95 per bag and the actual cost of shipping, less any Shopify or payment processing fees.

Partners using storefronts or collection pages on our platform never pay for treats upfront. Instead, customers purchase directly through our platform. We keep $9.95 per bag plus shipping reimbursement and send you the remaining profit. Platform partners are not responsible for payment processing fees.

Example: If a customer purchases a bag for $16.95, your profit is approximately $7.00 per bag before any applicable platform or payment processing fees.

What happens after I sign up?

After checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email with setup instructions and next steps.

Hosted storefront partners will receive:

  • their storefront link
  • instructions for making updates
  • payout information

Shopify store partners will receive:

  • their Shopify Collective invitation
  • product import instructions
  • onboarding details
Do I need a logo?

No. If you don’t have a logo yet, we can use your brand or store name on your packaging and storefront until you’re ready to upload one.

If I want my own Shopify store, can you help?

Yes. While our hosted storefront platform is the fastest and easiest way to get started, we can also help build a dedicated Shopify store for your brand.

Our Shopify setup package starts at $2,500 and includes:

  • Shopify store setup
  • product loading
  • branding implementation
  • basic onboarding and training

This option is ideal for partners who want more customization and full control of their ecommerce experience.

Can I use my existing brand?

Yes. Many partners already have:

  • a rescue organization
  • an online audience
  • a boutique
  • a grooming business
  • an existing ecommerce store

You can use your existing brand name and audience however you’d like.

What treats are included?

Our lineup currently includes nine premium dog treats, including:

Where are the treats made?

Our treats are made in small batches in the USA using thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Are the treats all-natural?

Our treats are made with real ingredients you can recognize, without artificial fillers or unnecessary extras.

Can I customize product names and descriptions?

Hosted storefront partners use our standard product names and descriptions.

Shopify partners can customize product titles and descriptions within Shopify after importing products. However, physical packaging will continue to display the original product names included with the product line.

Do you offer premium or full-color packaging?

Yes. Premium packaging options are available for partners who want a more customized or elevated presentation for their brand.

Can I change pricing?

Yes.

Hosted storefront partners can request updates through our support form at any time. Pricing changes typically take one business day.

Shopify partners can manage pricing and descriptions directly inside Shopify.

Can I order branded inventory for events or retail?

Yes. Partners can order branded inventory for:

  • rescue events
  • pop-ups
  • boutiques
  • retail shelves
  • giveaways
  • sampling

Ordering details will be provided in your onboarding email.

Selling & Fulfillment

Do I need inventory?

No. Orders are fulfilled as they come in.

Who ships the orders?

We handle fulfillment and shipping for all orders placed through the platform.

How quickly do treats ship?

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days.

Orders are typically processed and shipped toward the beginning of that range, though peak seasons and high-volume periods can occasionally extend processing times.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are paid by the customer at checkout at a rate of $8.99 to $11.49, depending upon order size.

Shopify store partners can configure shipping however they’d like within Shopify.

Can I sell in person?

Yes. Many partners sell through:

  • events
  • retail shops
  • rescue organizations
  • boutiques
  • social media
  • local partnerships
Can I use my own Shopify store?

Yes. If you already have a Shopify store, we’ll connect you through Shopify Collective so you can import products directly into your store.

How do payouts work?

Hosted storefront partners receive monthly payouts via PayPal or Venmo for everybag sold. When we send your completed storefront, we'll request your preferred method of payment.

Shopify store partners receive payments directly through their Shopify stores.

Can I offer discounts or promotions?

Shopify store partners can create discounts and promotions directly through Shopify.

Promotional options for hosted storefront partners are currently handled through support.

Starter Pack

What’s included in the Starter Pack?

The Starter Pack includes:

  • six branded bags of premium dog treats
  • custom packaging featuring your logo or brand name
  • a curated assortment of bestselling treats

It’s designed for people who want to see their brand on real products before launching online.

Is the Starter Pack required?

No. The Starter Pack is completely optional.

Can I order more than one Starter Pack?

Yes. You can order multiple Starter Packs for:

  • sampling
  • events
  • giveaways
  • retail testing
  • content creation

Billing & Support

What does the $49/month include?

The monthly plan includes:

  • access to partner pricing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime.

How do I get support?

Support instructions are included in your onboarding email.

Can I speak with a real person?

Yes. All partners have access to support from a real team member and can schedule time via video call for help with things like:

What happens if customers have shipping issues?

If a customer experiences a shipping or fulfillment issue, we’ll work with you to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
